Great printer. Not impossible to setup. Quick boot up time. Prints on thick paper and has a reasonable scanner. Also doesnt complain with cold monday mornings. Just the job for my office.

Great print quality. Dual sided scan was the win for me - and I believe the difference between the non-'f' model. Scans to SMB folders. And AirPrint just makes everything easier.

Do not buy this product. The printer was manufactured in December 2025 and it would not operate out of the box because of an April 26 update which means the printer gets stuck on a firmware update and will not proceed with the setup. Tried all suggestions from HP. In the end the only solution is to return it. Be very careful waste of 3 hours even involving IT guy. Then all the hassle to send it back.

Competitively priced printer. Delivered quickly with excellent customer service who called me before to update the dispatch and called me again to make sure all was with the printer. Highly recommended

Bought as was keen on taking up the instant ink offer from HP. I am only using as a light domestic user but as this printer is classified as a business printer I can only buy a business instant ink subscription at £32 per month. Totally crazy and regret buying this printer

The hardware is good functionally and quite pleasingly styled. However the drivers/ software for windows is abysmal, you have to load multiple bits of software that don't really work - HP have gone backwards to the nightmare bloatware.

Wir hatten schon immer HP Drucker im Büro (Laser) und zu Hause (Tintenstrahl), aber dieses Gerät ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Es kann alles was andere gute Drucker auch können, dh Wlan, Ethernet, Handyprint, Feeder, Geschwindigkeit, etc, aber es kann zusätzlich etwas was andere nicht kônnen: es scannt aus einem Feeder zweiseitig bedruckte farbige Seiten in einen Durchgang in ein 1-2 Sekunden pro Blatt, da es 2 Scanner besitzt! Selbst unser extrem teurer, schrankgroßer Direktionsdrucker hatte nur einen Scanner und musste daher die Seiten mechanisch wenden, was gelegendlich schief ging und bei Originalen ungut ist (;-). Der Ausdruck ist HP-üblich perfekt und die übliche HP-Smart Software erkennt den Drucker sofort. Man schießt den Drucker einfach zB per Ethernet an, lädt HP-Smart per Internet runter und los geht's. Manko: 1) das beiliegendr Manual ist nutzlos, ich habe den Dualscan nur durch ausprobieren einschalten können, und hatte schon gedacht es gibt ihn nicht. 2) man kann scheinbar nur die teueren HP Originaltoner verwenden, allerdings gibt es Drittanbieter, was ich noch ausprobieren muss. 3) bei der Bestellung muss man höllisch aufpassen, da nur die teuerste Variante den Dualscan hat mit Normalpreis 745€. Ich habe den Drucker reduziert für 460€ bekommen bei Amazon-Abverkauftagen. Tintenstrahldrucker sind viel günstiger, aber wir wissen nun warum. Wir würden diesen Laserdrucker immer wieder kaufen. Wir sind begeistert von diesem Drucker und können ihn trotz der kleinen 3 Mankos voll empfehlen, da die Technik überragend ist, daher 5*. Aktualisierung: Nach einigen Wochen Erfahrung haben wir festgestellt, dass die Stapeleinzugsfunktion die Blätter fast immer schief einzieht, was beim Dualscan besonders auffällt, weil der Kippwinkel in aufeinander folgenden Seiten zwischen links und rechts hin- und her springt. Wahrscheinlich liegt das an den Einzugsrollen, da sie oft seltsame Geräusche machen, als wenn sie nicht richtig das Blatt packen können. Man kann natürlich in der ScanSoftware die Kippwinkel korrigieren, was aber viel Zeit kostet und somit den Dualscan stark entwertet. Wir müssen daher die Bewertung mindestens auf 4 Sterne reduzieren. - Schade, dass HP hier nicht aufgepasst hat. Werden denn diese Geräte nicht vorher mal getestet? Fällt doch sofort auf!!!

Magnifique Imprimante ( à mes yeux du moins ) en terme Design. Une fois l'adresse IP de l'imprimante repérée, la facilité d'installation est top. Silence de Fonctionnement, rapidité d'impression et du Scanner fulgurante. Achat recommandé et très satisfaisant
