After using this on a few heads including my own, it runs well and does come Zero-Gapped out the box, it does need a little readjusting for my liking but is truly an amazing product. Love Wahl products and can’t wait to see these go the distance. One con is a fully charged indicator on the dock or on the housing itself so I don’t have to second guess if it’s charged.

Really shocked at the high quality of these trimmers. I tried other brands before but was told by my barber that these were his go to for outlining beards and mustaches. Since nothing really exists on the internet about outlining a mustache, I bought them and have been incredibly impressed. It’s saved me so much time trimming and outlining. There are reviews stating that the trimmers were used prior and that there was hair on the trimmers, but if people actually read the documentation it clearly states that there may be fuzz and other fake hair particles from the quality assurance testing that Wahl does. Shame on all of the reviewers who disregarded the companies efforts to create a high functioning product. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a beard or mustache and has to maintain constant grooming for an office setting.

I am a master barber of 10 years and Wahl is a solid professional company and has exceptional clippers and trimmers. I did a lot of research on these and I found that these were going to definitely be the next ones on my station for a very long time, however something unexpected did occur. The seller ship them in a box that was damaged and when I open the box all of the pieces were all over the place And appeared to be an open box, I also run my own self own business online so I know in open box when I see it, I inspected the clipper it’s seem to be OK, however I have no idea why the box was opened because if I could give this a one star I would because the seller did not do a great job with shipping. Crisp, clean lines, hasn’t ran out of battery on me cutting multiple heads in a day, easy to clean, comes out of the box ready to use aside from oiling the blades. No “rust” is on the blades it’s fibers that wahl uses to quality test their products so no need to worry about the comments who say theirs came with “rust”. Only downside is there is no charging LED indicator that tells you when it’s done charging but the instruction manual tells you how long to charge it.

This is my second one of this exact trimmer. The first one died after only a year of use and I thought I could just replace the battery but it’s hardwired. It would’ve cost me just as much to have someone replace the battery rather then buying a new one. The functionality and cutting power is great. It did not bite the skin and it’s very easy to clean. However, there is no charging indicator light on the charging station and it’s very easy to set this thing in the charger thinking it’s actually charging and it’s not. I also recommend letting it charge a full 12 to 24 hours before using. I almost returned it because I thought it wasn’t holding a charge, but it was because it was not charged up completely.-as stated above I thought it was charging and it wasn’t because it wasn’t sitting on the prongs properly. I wish they would add a light to the charging station or to the clippers themselves so you could see they’re actually charging. Also with my full wahl cordless clippers-you have the option of using a charging station or plugging them in directly to the bottom of the clipper from the cord-I wish this had the same option, but they don’t. If you’re going to buy these get the extended coverage from Amazon and or make sure you fill out the warranty paperwork because my first pair died after a year and if I had done my due diligence, I could’ve gotten them replaced for free.

Like these very much. I didn't set them to zero overlap but as delivered they take hair down to near skin level. Can't tell a difference between these and my Oster clippers with a 00000 blade. Run a long time on a full charge. Light. Switch seems backwards, off and on seem reversed but that's not a big deal.

Awesome trimmer! Cuts really close but if you have to thick of hair in the area your cutting can get stuck and stop cutting

This is my second one.First one brought elsewhere.I like it because the Clippers are not very heavy in your hands when cutting.My first ones lasted about two years.I have a bald head and they cut it close enough.They don't cut harsh on my head either.I like to that it is cordless and don't have to worry about a cord.Charger base doesn't light up but never had a problem with that.I just followed directions for it.

Charger is not working and the item is not the same one that what is shown in the picture,very very bad

I liked this trimmer but after using it a few times, it doesn't charge. It doesn't charge at all. I started using it in January and by March it wouldn't charge anymore. If anyone has faced this issue and was able to fix it, please let me know. Update: the trimmer was under warranty and I got a new one within a week. Very happy with the customer service provided and the quick arrival of the new trimmer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the trimmer I recently bought and am requesting a full refund. The product is non-functional; it does not work, even when directly connected to the charger. This is not the level of quality I expect, and I'd like to return it for a full refund
