Important to know
It's very good quality. You might want to boil only water the first use because it will produce black thing sorry don't know what to call it. But don't worry it's only first time then wash it normally and it's ready to cook.

Perfect
I use this one for Cousous, it's ideal for 8 people. Because of the quality of this product the cousous cooks quite quickly as the steam only goes through the top steamer.

Ho comprato la più grande, la vaporiera è veramente capiente ed è molto grande, forse anche troppo (anche perché per pulirla mi rovo un po’ in difficoltà. Va benissimo per chi come me mangia molta verdura e quindi ne devo cucinare tanta. in ogni caso, il fondo è molto resistente, forse la parte bucherellata non è così resistente. Per ora mi sono trovata bene. La consiglio! Forse la versione leggermente meno grande!
