Put this on my pretzel loaf after the boiling salt bath to get it to stick. It’s has a a nice saltiness and texture.

This salt is the perfect size for soft pretzels and pretzel rolls. It seems like a good value and sticks great to moistened pretzel dough. I love the taste, though you have to use it a bit sparingly because each little cube has quite a salty punch.

I started making home made pretzels which came out very nice, however it was missing something. The right salt. it's a night and day difference when going from table salt to this type of salt. This is a finishing salt that elevated the flavor of bread products to a whole new level.

Perfect for pretzels. Nice size bag. Salt quilty and texture are good. I thought it was a little pricey for the fact that it's salt.

Good value. Nice flavor. Holds up well to the steam in the oven from the baking pretzels.

Good stuff. But it’s a bit expensive for salt. But now that I’ve had it, I’ll probably be sticking with this brand as it’s exactly like the salt you get on a pretzel from a major pretzel shop.
