Great scooter, rides smooth with plenty of power to keep up with commuting traffic. You have to send in your VIN# once you receive scooter to then get your registration documents., title.

I’ve read and watched reviews on a lot of Chinese scooters. Some were good but many were bad. This one didn’t have any videos on it but had good reviews so I bought it. It took me a while to assemble it. I changed the oil and gear oil. I babied it for a couple hundred miles driving around 25mph. I changed the oil again. Changing oil and gear oil is very easy. Many videos out there showing you how to do it. Electric start works flawlessly and so does kick start. I’m 208lbs and had it up to 53mph. Speedometer isn’t accurate along with all other Chinese scooters so don’t trust it. I bought a stabilizer bar that mounts to both mirrors so I can mount a phone holder (also Amazon purchased). Works phenomenal. The suspension is excellent! Very comfortable and a smooth ride. I’m thankful I chose this bike. Nothing is rattling loose and I hit many bumps just to make sure as I’m ready to add any lock tight to anything that comes loose but all is tight from factory ( I checked with torque). Oil and gear oil need to be changed before initial start. Change oil at 300 miles 500 miles and 1000 miles WITH CONVENTIONAL OIL. After 1000 miles you can use synthetic oil. This allows the valves to seat properly. Get this one. It’s reliable.

Everything worked as it should I will say the videos for assembly are NOT the same make & model as what is sent to you so it is VERY difficult to figure out without instructions or instruction video for this specific scooter. The paper work came in shortly after the scooter. I was able to insurance and register it without much difficulty. The seller does respond if you message them with questions, but they did not have any actual assembly videos for this make and model of scooter. If they had the correct videos or an instruction & assembly manual included, it would of been 5★★★★★. It rides good so far. Fingers crossed for little to no issues moving forward!

While putting this bike together the peg broke instantly. The weld for the muffler had a bad factory weld that has a hole. Bolts missing day one for the muffler cover. Then before even a month of owning it every bolt on this bike has started to fall apart. Lost bolts along the roadway after we finally received the title and got it registered. The bike sounds horrible due to the bad weld and runs hot. It didn’t take long at all for everything on this bike to start falling apart. Of course they claim a 30 day refund. They were contacted and played this out. They instantly denied my refund. Then asked for pictures. I sent them pictures they stated that it’s past the refund date. This was lemon from the start. Bad welds, bolts, plastic peg junk, covers falling off that are also plastic. DO NOT BUY. It took more than a month just to get the title to even consider registering this for a Christmas gift that doesn’t even work. Waste of money and time. Terrible customer service also!!!!

The product is nice so far. It’s been running fine. We’ve had it for 4 days. It looks nice also. What I did like was there were no instructions. We got one manual but it doesn’t explain anything or give guidance on assembly. They did sent us some links of videos but the ones I watched so far are not of the same model so me not being mechanically inclined it leaves me confused and leery if everything is doing what it should etc.

Great bike evening we hoped for. The registration was a little sticky but it worked out no problems.

I would give this a five star, but I still have not received the registration paperwork. Scooter came a day earlier than expected which was nice but doesn't do much good when you can't even ride it without the registration so for now it's just a huge paper weight. I will upgrade my ranking once the documentation arrives but for now it stays at a 4 star. The scooter is pretty darn awesome though. Rode it around the block a few times and would really like to get it out on the road. Great fun. Turns out you have to call them with the VIN number once you receive the scooter. Be sure to do this. Customer service was very helpful once i figured this out.

I was skeptical at first but the process for assembling the parts together took two hours! They provided YouTube videos through the Amazon chat services and I found the title in the seat of the bike.
