The puzzle is very educational. Learning the individual sounds of instruments. My granddaughter and I have plenty of fun. I would highly recommend buying this superb puzzle.

My daughter loves this puzzle and wss able to complete it after 1 day of practice. The pegs are realky good help for children maneuvering pieces. My only comment would be, some of the sounds are horrendous hahaha like the pig, which sounds maybe like a hiena, but what matters is that she loves playing with it. Maybe in the future the producers could review some of these animal sounds.

Good learning toy and is has good sound, only issue is if it directly under light or if the room to light it doesn’t work properly.

Lovely puzzle - my 2 yo granddaughter was able to do it quite quickly but loves it because of the animal noises

First off it doesn’t come with batteries, I guess a lot of toys don’t and as an extra you shouldn’t expect it, but having bought one of these in the past for a gift from a toy shop and it came with batteries I expected this one too- but it doesn’t. So I then put batteries in only to find it doesn’t work as it should. Sure it makes sounds, randomly at any time!! It doesn’t make sounds as I put the puzzle pieces on the board as it’s suppose too- which is what helps learning for little ones. I bought this for my daughters birthday so I’m rather gutted it doesn’t work! Melissa and Doug toys are usually very good so I guess maybe I just got the bad one of a batch!

I've brought this jigsaw for my boy as part of his special box toy. I didn't have batteries at the time so gave it to him anyways. He loves it. I placed batteries in it today and the sound was working fine. BRILLIANT SOUND EFFECTS, however the second time I pulled it out to have one to one time no sound. Tried new batteries and still no sound. I'm so disappointed 😞. So won't be buying the rest to complete the set.

What an amazing puzzle. Every piece of the animals has a beautiful picture on it. I have two grandsons aged two who had no difficulty with this puzzle at all. They were able to easily grip the pieces and place them in the proper spots. The puzzle piece is put in the slot and then you get the animal sound. Every animal's sound is perfect. The babies enjoy the dog and cat the most as they identify with them more than the other animals. This puzzle is strongly built and made of good quality wood. I have not needed to replace any batteries and the kids have played with it for hours on end. The only downfall is if you are missing a piece, when you turn on a light, the animal who is missing sound plays. We listened to the hamster sound for 6 months every time we turned on the lights. We finally found it. Melissa & Doug products are top quality and I would recommend this puzzle to anyone with little ones. It is a fabulous learning tool.

Bonjour, J'ai offert ce puzzle à une de mes petites nièces pour ses deux ans. Contrairement à d'autres personnes le mien est bien fini, les cris des animaux ne sont pas trop forts et ne se déclenchent pas au moindre passage ou coup de vent. La petite a vite compris le fonctionnement du jeu, les animaux sont à la bonne taille de ses petites mains et les cris des animaux sont ressemblants à ceux de la réalité. Ce jeu est ludique et instructif tant sur le plan visuel qu'auditif. Cordialement.

Good but sad that wrong puzzle piece triggers wrong sound + even fingers trigger sounds

二歳の子供がパズルが好きで、動物にも興味があるので喜んで遊んでいます。 パズルを取り外したり占めると該当の動物の鳴き声が聞こえるのが楽しいようです。 注意点としては、夜寝るのにパズルが外れていると電気を消した時鳴き声が聞こえる様です。 ちょっとビックリするみたいです。
