I've been in physical therapy for months with Osteoarthritis and was finally able to see a chiropractor. The chiropractor wanted to charge extra to lay on his decompression table, that just has a wheel that runs up and down your back. This machine is so much better! It provides heat, vibration, light and gentle stretching. All with 3 levels. I double-checked with my Orthopedic doctor and he said it was absolutely fine to use. I'm saving so much money using this device and it feels better than the table at the chiropractor office. I highly recommend.

Great to release lower back tightness. Switching from hot to cool is a nice option.

it causes sever pain rather massaging is very poor fda do not approve this device so pull back from market it will cause acute lumbar pain and swelling

Ordered this as part of Vine. When it was available, there was not even an image available to view, nor was there an adequate description of what the item is intended to do or the different functions. It was truly a risk. Item arrived and there were some immediate concerns. First, there was no instruction manual. Because there is no instruction manual, there is really no way to know the functionality of the different features or duration of specific functions. Through trial and error, the heat function works, as does the "vibrate" and "stretch" function. There seems to be 3 vibrating intensities as well as 3 stretch intensities.

I was skeptical at first if it would be strong enough to actually work. Much to my surprise it was. I use it daily to just stretch out my back, arch it and have even used it higher up on my back. Very strong Highly recommend !!
