As a yoga instructor i have been using kinesio tapes for almost 10 years, this one is the best . The adhesive is strong and looove the material finally fine a great one . Definitely will stick to this one . I bought 3 colors so i can set to my outfit 😄

I'm very glad that i buy this product. I use Kinesiology Tape for PADEL ( Tennis ) and it's really worked , actually it's muscle pain relief as well. highly recommended !
