After placing the 6lbs of wax in the machine and I let it melt for 30 hours it was not clear. It looked gross, like stuff was floating around in it. 1 of the bags of wax was hard like a rock, not pellets like the other bags. The picture is what it looked like after the wax melted. I hadn’t even used it.

The rim along the top was dented. There was no damage to the box. So this is a quality control issue.
