So, I'm getting older, which is a good thing I guess. I read a lot about Plantar fasciitis and one cause could be fallen arches. I thought, "Naw, that can't be me?" Guess what, I it is me. These supports really worked to help reduce the pain in my heals. I have warn them for 4 straight days and almost forget 1) I had heal pain and 2) I have them on. I almost forget to take them off at bed time. Made a big difference! These are well worth a try. They fit well (I am a mens size 11 in shoes) They are good quality and should last years.

These compression sleeves are a great relief for people with flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and high arch. I bought it for my husband, he has plantar fasciitis and these are just what he needs. The sleeves are very easy to put on and take off. The velcro straps are adjustable to ensure a perfect fit, are comfortable and easy to wear, and they stay in place. Overall, my husband put these on and he says he feels like walking on clouds. No longer his my feet feel swollen, inflamed, or tired. To top it off, this is breathable and doesn’t shrink after washing. Highly recommended!!

I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding arch supports that don't hurt my feet or annoy me in some of my shoes. These work great and can be worn in any shoe. (even sandals if needed) I like that you can wear them over your socks so you don't have to wash them daily. I wipe them down with hand sanitizer and let them air dry every few uses. Would buy again.

It's comfortable, but the velcro is terrible. Gets very annoying to constantly adjust and readjust the velcro.

Uncomfortable at first but once you get use to it it’s definitely worth it. Fits perfectly

I love these. I work in a restaurant where I’m on my feet for at least 8 hours a day. I have very high arches and was having constant lower back pain. These were life savers. Easy to wear and the Velcro stayed put all day. They fit well and helped significantly with my lower back pain. I wear them all the time now.

My arches are too far gone for these to be a benefit. I wish I would have tried them sooner before my arches were completely fallen. These did not offer enough support because my feet are too flat.

I wear these arch support pads at night and they have eliminated my foot pain which kept me from going to and staying asleep. At first I used them with deep heat, but now I just use them by themselves. I love that I can wear them with my work out shoes and they make my work out more pleasant. Made of quality material that is breathable and holding up well, easy to use and Also easy to adjust to just the right pressure and support. Such a small thing has made such a big difference. Barely noticed a difference however they are non slip and comfortable . The support arch is very small.
