My cats love these shelves! From the moment they were installed, they claimed them as their new favorite hangout spots. The shelves are sturdy, well-made, and give my cats the perfect elevated space to lounge, nap, and survey their kingdom. They were a little difficult to install, but totally worth it; they look great on the wall, and have held up beautifully—even with multiple cats jumping on and off. I’ve noticed my cats are more active and engaged now that they have vertical space to explore. Highly recommend for any cat parent looking to enrich their cats’ environment and give them something they’ll genuinely use every single day!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We LOVE these cat shelves! And so do our cats. Enrichment for our two young cats is important, but I didn't want an eye sore on our wall either. These had a minimal clean look while still functioning as a climbing/exercise wall for the cats. Build quality: The quality was excellent. The wood was unfinished which is exactly what I wanted. They could be painted or stained if we ever change our minds. Which is also a great selling point. Ease of assembly: Very easy to assemble and easy install onto the wall as well. Appearance: Again, loved the appearance of this cat wall. Very stylish. It is a conversation piece for sure. Stability: Very stable. We have no had a single issue with any wobbly-ness or with any piece coming loose. And our cats run across the pieces all the time.

Overall, this was a great buy! After unexpectedly inheriting 3 cats into our home (that already had 4), we knew we needed something. We ended up buying option B and option D to give them ample room. The cats range in size (8-16+ lbs) and age (1-8 years). They all use it and have naturally staked their claim to certain spots. CONS: 1. The hardware is less than great. The heads of the screws just snapped right off when drilling them into the wall. Save yourself the headache and invest in some quality screws. 2. Based on the picture, it should have come with 3 bridges. We only got 2. However, we made our own and the cats seem to really like it. 3. We, obviously did some upgrades by painting it. Not necessarily a problem. Just a bit time consuming. PROS: despite the hardware issues, it was fairly easy to put together. It’s sturdy and holds even our fattest cat. It has definitely got all of them way more active, with even our most timid one finally braving the second shelf. Lastly, the cats love it! And, honestly, that’s really all that matters.

I love this piece. It was easy to put together, it’s strong and stable and looks great. I did buy some cat carpet pieces to stick on it cause it didn’t come with any. I put it together and hung it on the wall by myself so it’s doable for anyone.

A lot of parts to put together. You should consider putting wood glue on the pickets the screws provided are just a little short on some pickets they strip. Very sturdy using the toggle bolts. Definitely worth it. Wish it had slip proof on the stairs like another I bought. Will be adding that to this one. Over all a very nice product.

Pros: appearance is beautiful! Boxes and shelves themselves are very sturdy and easy to put together. Cat loves playing on it. Cons: the tops of the boxes and shelves are slick, so I had to buy sisal rope and carpet and spend HOURS working to make the shelves grippable for my cat's claws. If you skip this step, your cat will fall and not feel confident. The sturdiest way I found to accomplish this was using double sided sticky paper and hot glue, though an industrial glue would work as well, I'm sure. Also, I had to buy different drywall anchors because the ones in the box were not of good enough quality to have a pouncing cat on the weight of the shelves, and also because they did not fit my wall. EZ anchor makes a heavy duty toggle anchor that fits any wall that works well. My cat has been playing on the wall for a month and a half with no issues. In conclusion, this is a good base for a cat wall if you're willing to put in a lot of extra time and money to get the product you want.

Bought this as a gift. Easy to assemble, the wood is not the best quality and a few places cracked where the pre made holed for the screws were. However for the price the quality is right on point. My client loved it.

This was really badly made and is low quality. This arrived a week late because of how poorly they packaged it and Amazon blamed it on them shipping this broken. It doesn’t come with all the tools you need to assemble it so make sure you have power tools for the assembly and then obviously you’ll need them for the actual mounting of the shelves. I had to buy hardware on top of how much these already costed ($170 at time of purchase) to fix the poor quality parts that broke and then buy better mounting hardware because the ones they give you are really bad and low quality too. I wouldn’t buy from this company.
