High quality faucet. Great for our pet washing sink.

Beautiful and sturdy. It has held up great for almost 6 months with kids — I was worried they would pull too hard on the spray but that’s not the case. We did have difficulty tightening the mount to the wall which stripped some of the black finish off. Use a thin towel between your pliers if needed.

Do not buy!! The hot water handle just snapped off.. and it leaks

We’ve had this faucet for about a year now, and while I absolutely love it for washing dishes it comes apart very easily if you’re moving/swinging the handle around a lot. In the year that we’ve had it we have had to reconnect the sprayer line at least 4-5 times from it coming unscrewed. (My husband is a contractor by trade, and even we had issues installing it) Upon initial installation we had to buy several different wall mount parts due to leaking at the wall mount - even with teflon tape. Finally we used the paint-on-teflon-tape and that seemed to do the trick. Have not had leaking since.

This is my second faucet from this company, and like the first, it is of excellent quality and very easy to install. It works great. The pull-down nozzle has stream and spray settings and, unlike the earlier model, secures tightly in the redesigned bracket clip. This one also has a spray head that automatically goes back to a steady stream from the spray pattern.

The packaging was top notch, very well done to prevent any scratches or other damage. When installing even on newer sink, it still needed a few extra conversion parts to get it installed, and of course you will need thread tape that is not included. After it was installed the spring leaned a bit forward and didn't have a good spring to easily put put the nozzle in place without forcing it. But by bending the spring in the opposite direction, it held the new shape quite well and really looks nice where the front spout is on a 90 degree angle down. Would recommend this product, but should be installed by someone with experience in this area, which makes sense being a commercial style product.

We had this installed on our 100 year old farm sink. Love it. We can connect our portable dishwasher to it! Yay!

I love the reach but have had to replace the sprayer every 3 months and the entire gooseneck unit 3 times in 3 years, the company was accommodating sending me a replacement promptly but it it’s been a pain to have a plumber come out to change it repeatedly, I do not recommend it
