The book doesn’t have any crazy revelations, but it is visually delightful. Simplifies financial principles. Recommend for those starting out.

Unfortunately our public school system doesn't cover these topics even in an elective class. Our grandchildren are 9 year old twins and 12 year old twins. I bought several different books to try to find material that was easy to follow but comprehensive. This looked to be the most effective for us. We had our first study session together yesterday. They were impressed with the Pokemon credentials of one of the authors. The lesson went very well. I thought it would be only for the 12 year olds but the 9 year olds wanted to be included. So I ordered two more books. I am using each lesson combined with family history to try to make the concepts stick with them. My thanks to the authors for providing such accessible information on such important life skills.

At 122 pages, this is a pretty quick read of some sound financial advice. Most of the information was not terribly new to me (I'm investigating the possibility of going into financial planning), but if you have never studied personal finance, this could be a great place to start. My biggest criticism is the infographic aspect. The images are not bad, but they don't really serve to disseminate any data or provoke an emotional response to the information. Mostly the imagery and colorful banners serve to break up the text into smaller chunks and make it easier to read. In that respect they are successful. I read this book in almost a single sitting, but I could go pretty quickly because most of the concepts were not new to me.

Bought for my adult children. I bought one for myself too, so I know what they read.... It was a very easy read, about an hour or so. It will be good for them to have.

I really enjoyed reading this book is very thorough and informative! I also loved the animations in the book which allows you to focus and is relative to what the author is explaining. I have recommended this book to many of my friends. Took a lot of important notes I really enjoyed reading it will pass down to my teenage daughter !

Exceptional guide! I’ve been in finance for 24 years and have taught it for over two decades…. I think I’ll just use this book as I teach my teens & young adults…. Thank you so very much!

As a young immigrant in the USA with no parental figures, I needed to somehow figure out everything about adulting on my own. This book has been gold to me. It gives you step by step on how to get started, with a lot of visual illustration. I liked the illustration because for someone who is just starting, tons of information that is not easy to digest can be overwhelming. It's taken me years to really apply all these concepts, for example, starting from how to do a monthly budget, to purchasing your house. I would recommend this book to anyone who is just getting started.

I bought this book because I wanted a visual learning of personal finance. However, it was too childish to read? Maybe for a middle school or high school student would like to read this. As an adult it was not very concrete with information flowing to the next page or chapter. Felt like a bunch of things written on post it notes and put together. I love looking at similar content online but when I bought this I expected a little more in depth. Overall I think the book is a good start for beginners who don’t know anything about finance.

Author gave most basic financial advice. For new comers this book is good for the basic knowledge. Thumbs up. Nice book.

Very informative

It was an interesting short book about personal finances. Unfortunately it was mainly referring to the USA finance system and examples and it would not be so globally applicable, however there’s still some good points you can learn from it. I believe the price should be a bit lower for the amount of information which is applicable to your region.

Bite size but really good. The graphic designing is very well done. Was good basic insight. Will recommend this book

Spend your money somewhere else.. This book is not worth it.
