this is my favorite item from amazon. I have had 3 of these so far and mainly because they are so convenient. heats fast,looks pretty on the counter, the water taste good, pretty blue light as it heats. auto shut off. great quality!!

I love the Chefman 1.7 Liter Electric Kettle! It’s sleek, efficient, and makes my daily tea routine so much easier. The removable lid makes filling and cleaning simple—no weird angles or struggles. It heats water quickly, which is a lifesaver on busy mornings, and the 360° swivel base makes it easy to lift and pour from any direction. The LED indicator lights are a nice touch, letting me know exactly when it’s ready without having to check constantly. If I had to point out a couple of minor flaws, I’d say the removable lid could be more convenient as a flip-top, and it’s a little noisy while boiling. But honestly, neither of these issues is a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-designed kettle that I’m happy to use every day.

I love this kettle it brews water so fast and we love to watch it boil into a tornado at the end. It’s easy to use and it makes just enough water for two people. Also if there is not enough water for two people it’s quick enough to brew more without waiting too long. I would recommend this kettle to other people who are looking for a good regular kettle to boil water.

We love this little kettle and how quickly it heats up water for our tea and coffee. The only downside (which is actually fairly significant) is that the water level indicator is only on one side - and it's the side for right handers. For those of you who are lefties, you can't see the fill line, which makes it very easy to overfill and then have boiling water flowing over your counters. I honestly thought the item was defective and was getting ready to return it when I happened to see the fill line on the other side. My solution was to use a sharpie to draw a line on the opposite side for me. However, a way more professional solution would be for the vendor to add a corresponding mark on both sides to accommodate all customers. Other than that, it works great and we're happy with it!

I’ve used this for awhile now and absolutely love it. It boils quite quickly, so making a cup of tea is so easy, somehow it just seems faster than the traditional kettle you put in the stove. In fact, I find that my family uses this much more than we ever did our regular kettle. Cleaning is simple. The top flips open wide enough to fit under the fridge water dispenser, so it fills easily from my fridge for filtered water or the sink. I was concerned initially from reviews of electric kettles shattering, but this has been problem free to date. I’ve even put milk in it, to make hot cocoa bombs, but that did leave marks on the stainless steel bottom for whatever reason. The marks came out with vinegar, so good as new. The only thing I dislike is that the center piece of the top can pop out if you’re tipping kettle too far over trying to empty, but once you k ow this (from having it pop off) it’s easy to avoid happening. It does not have a temperature control like some models, just a simple switch in the handle to turn on and heat water to boiling. The blue ambient light is a cute touch.

This kettle is useful because it quickly heats up water. You can see and hear the water boiling, and when the water's boiling rapidly it shuts off automatically. It is easy to use, the plastic handle protects my hand from the heat. I think this device is well designed. It is very easy to fill up the kettle and put it on its base where it will heat up water. You can tell when you start it up because the blue light comes on.

I received my new kettle today and it was easy to clean before use. It boils water quickly and has an automatic shut-off feature, which my wife appreciates. I tend to forget about boiling water and leave the kettle running dry, so this feature is a big plus for us. We like the size of the kettle as it has a 1.7 litre capacity (equivalent to 7 cups) and it also has a locking lid. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase.
