Good for noodle arms and muscle arms.
It works great for infrequent use. So far it has maintained integrity and seems to offer an accurate blood pressure result. The dial to release the air is real metal and sturdy. The little pouch it comes with is nice and compact but still offers enough room to be packed again and again. The dial is clear and with a little practice makes reading easy when you get the amount of air to release at just the right rate. I went for the bigger cuff because my hubby has muscly arms and it fits him nicely, but also fits a more average arm. I could even get a reading on my noodly teenager's arm. Good buy for the price.

Professional quality. The cuff is definitely adult, although a little too large for me and the excess. I am an adult male and with the cuff snug on my bicep the extra length of the cuff overlaps the attachment point for the gauge. Not a big problem but can be annoying.

Simple and easy to use
The cuff fits comfortably and the readings seem accurate. I like that it’s compact and comes with a small case, so it’s easy to store or take when traveling. Good value for the price

It’s a true XL Cuff ~ Reliable & Easy To Use
Most cuffs are too small even though description would say XL cuff. This BP monitor is great! It’s durable, easy to use & has traveled with my husband and I to Hawaii , Nevada & California.. it truly is an XL cuff. We have compared the readings on this machine to the ones at the doctors office and it definitely passes the test.

BEWARE! Defective device.
DO NOT BUY! Negative Zero stars! I’m a Registered Nurse. Bought this to check my BP at home. Took several readings over a few hours repeatedly because the readings were so abnormally elevated. Subsequently went to ER thinking I was risk for a stroke. Turns out, my BP was within normal limits at the ER. Device purchased was faulty. WILL NEVER ORDER A CHEAP BRAND AGAIN! So now, I have a big health insurance co-pay because of my ER visit!
