Super easy to use, nice bright screen and android operating system. Makes my job diagnosing automotive problems a breeze. Nice quality heavy duty feel and ergonomic grips on the side. The flip up stand on the back is great. It’s portable and easy to use inside a vehicle. The OBD cable is thick and abrasion resistant. So far I’ve had a blast looking at values and graphs that I’ve previously not been able to see. I’ll definitely be upgrading in years to come with another Autel unit because of their great product lineup.

I wish I would have spent the extra money for the Bluetooth model, but it’s really not necessary. I use very expensive test tools (electrical field) at work and this MX900 has the fit and finish of one of those products. I used the MX900 on a Ford and Chrysler with the same success. Very happy with this piece of technology, it paid for itself on the Prius brake booster job alone.

Simple to use, simple to understand. Great quality case. I have a 2018 GMC diesel van that was constantly have to go to the shop to be re-genned because it would not regen itself. This device has been great and I would highly recommend it.

I bought it almost a year ago and get the job done, I wish if it has more cars, like Aston martin or Rolls royce. Probably I will do an upgrade soon .

Purchased this as I am starting to work on all of my vehicles now as my mechanic moved out of state. This saved me $1000’s of dollars as I was able to scan / diagnose and repair all items on my Daughters vehicle myself verses having to pay a garage to do it! Her vehicle now runs and drives like it was brand new!!!

had compared autel mk808s, mk808bt, mx808s, mk808z before choosed this one, it has better hardware, larger battery, memery and screen. updated to latest vehicle coverage. the functionality is just like the old version, but the diagnostic process is much faster, supports new protocol can fd and doip, no need to buy another adapter, also supports FCA Access via AutoAuth account. have already used on ford, gm, bmw, chrysler, honda, toyota vehicles, all good supported. if you prefer to buy the old version because of the lower price, I recommend the MX808 with 2 years update.

We purchased the Autel MX900 a little over a year ago and barely used it (maybe five times total). It was always stored in a clean, climate-controlled office and still looks brand new with the original screen protector intact. Despite this, the unit suddenly stopped turning on and does not respond to any chargers. No charging light, no screen activity, nothing. We reached out to Autel support, hoping they’d stand behind their product, especially since the scanner was so well cared for and hardly used. Instead, they told us it's out of warranty and any repair would be at our own expense. This is incredibly disappointing from a company we've supported in the past. We expected at least some level of goodwill, especially for a product that appears to have suffered from a clear manufacturing defect. Save your money and go with a company that actually stands behind their products. We won’t be buying from Autel again.
