Love the strawberry thief pattern and this tray is fab. Wanted to try to protect our new rug from any spillages when bringing tea etc into the room. Love it.

Have a period home so even though it's plastic the print is perfect!
The tray is quite slippery, so have to be careful carrying drinks etc, but looks lovely & does the job. Have a period home so even though it's plastic the print is perfect!

Second go ! brill.
Initial order for two trays both arrived damaged. There was hardly any protection within the (damaged box) both trays shattered. Second attempt to order two trays.....all OK. Packaging had been vastly improved. The product is just what we wanted.

Dissapointed
Love the design but the materials used are clearly not up to dealing with hot things ie tea cups or tea pot and it warps it does seem to go back into shape if weight is kept on it but that isn’t really the answer. Shame because we love the design

Jag hade redan väntat länge när det kom ytterligare krav på betalning och nu från PostNord. Importmoms och deklarationsavgift på 103kr måste också betalas. Äntligen kom brickan idag väl emballerad men i paketet låg brickan trasig. Nu har jag reklamerat den. Det blir nog inga mer köp på nätet!

I bought this gorgeous tray to hang on the wall. It was purchased 3 years ago, however, it has never been used as a tray and has always hung over the doorway in my kitchen. I took it down a couple of weeks ago to use and found that it no longer sat flat and was badly warped. I'm assuming that Amazon no longer will warranty the product, but I was surprised by the attitude of the Canadian distributor for Pimpernel. At first, the rep appeared to be talking about another item altogether even though I sent a link to the exact product. When I corrected the rep I didn't hear back for about 3 weeks. After a reminder I was brushed off. I guess Pimpernel isn't as good a product as it used to be and Portmeirion Canada Inc. doesn't care. Won't be buying anything from them again.
