Hoping
I have really bad hissing in my ear so I thought I would try this to see if it would help I've tried everything else seems to be helping a little I will continue using this product see what happens. Update. I was supposed to get a free bottle, still have not received it 😞.

Doesn’t work
I’ve had brutal tinnitus since getting out of the military, and was really hoping this could at least ease it up a little bit but so far after a month I’ve noticed nothing!

Sadly, I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately, it did not make one iota of difference to my hearing.

It worke for me
Started seeing an improvement in my hearing the next day. I don’t want to have to head the TV volume at full volume down back down to a third of the volume needed to understand the TV..

Scam
This is an absolute scam and a waste of money. The product is sold as ear drops and it is nothing but sugar water to be taken orally. There is no recourse to get a refund. VERY DECEPTIVE.

Didn’t work
Husband has been using this daily for a few weeks and hasn’t noticed a difference. He’s going to continue to use it in hopes something will change for the better.
