I had the same concern but they smell the same to me. I've purchased two sets at different times, from different sellers. The first time the picture had showed the old labeling but I got two bottles with new labeling. The second time the picture had the new labeling and I got the original labeling. So it seems to just be luck of the draw. Like I said though, I didn't notice a difference in the smell.
