Just what I needed. Great foam roller! Lightweight and comfortable to use (I personally like its firmness) and the purple colour is a bonus ☺️

This is 3rd roller in about 10 years, I have a love/hate relationship with them! Yes they crack your back and bring back/shoulder relief plus stretch me just where I need it but usually they are hard as rock and I feel bruised sometimes after using them, they can be like rolling on concrete. I got this roller as I saw it looked to be slightly cushioned - and it is - it makes all the difference. Yes its still a solid roller but it has a softer surface and has some 'give' to it, making it so much more comfortable. If you're looking for a roller that will stretch you out but be a bit more gentle on your body this one is the one to go for. Not a massive fan of the lilac colour but I'm being picky there -its genuinely a great one.

Bought to roll back up & down wall to strengthen back & buttocks. Firm & good quality for this purpose. Great colour to match other home gym accessories.

This is an amazing piece of equipment so simple yet so effective,I'd never heard of this before, I fell on my shoulder Last year and it's taken long time to get better/heal, been 7 months Now, though not in pain anymore it's still achy, uncomfortable,tight Ect, I've been using hemp gel and it helps but combined with using This clever little thing it's really making a difference, I watched videos of how to use it properly, recommend that so you don't do More harm than good And only for short times daily, I'm highly delighted with it, definitely feeling it's doing some good, I Will continue to use this daily Now untill it's recovered completely

Seems like an ok quality roller, but it's quite a bit softer than what I was looking for. It'll work but it's not as effective as it could be.

Low price, top quality. I paid £7.50 for this. Worth every penny of it. No weird smell, good size.

Too big for pilates as in circumference. Decent length
