Bottle came with only a few drops - significantly less than advertised. Waste of money

I received my bottle with less than 1mL of liquid. Both ends of the box were sealed with glue. However the bottle, with a tightened lid, had significantly less than it was advertised to contain. The pamphlet and packaging also reads 3mL. I will update this if it is made right. I'll attach a photo with only 4 drops missing - this is my first time so I'm not able to comment on efficacy.

seems like its half empty but thats how it needs to be. super precise dropper, because you need only 2-3 DROPS at the time. more than enough for multiple times a day, 2 weeks therapy use.

Tried this because of the price and some of the reviews; not impressed. No effect noticed compared to other brands I have tried, and there's not really much volume in the container. May work for others but not for me.
