2doas de uso y ya noto la corrección del dedo, imagino que si la dejo de usar, probablemente el dedo deje de estar enderezado. En la corrección noto algo de molestia pero es lo normal.

I noticed my 2nd toe was crossing over my big toe, it was also starting to curl under. I had pain in the ball of my foot for a few months prior to this. After speaking to a specialist I realised that I had torn my plantar plate. A symptom of this condition is for the 2nd toe to curl/ cross over. Luckily I’m in the early stages so I could take action to correct my toe alignment before it gets worse. I have been using this toe corrector with toe socks and I’m so happy to see it’s (gently) making a difference. They are sturdier than other silicon products I have purchased but they do allow some flex too. My toe is definitely flattening a bit and the pain has reduced. These may not be for everyone, as said they gently correct the alignment. I Imagine that if my toe was left for longer then fixing the problem would take more effort and I’d see less quick results. Hopefully I can strengthen my toes with physio now and continue to stop any further damage with these great little inventions! I will leave an update in a month. (Current date is 18th Sept 2023) Update: (22nd April 2024) My toe is back to normal. See my three photos, one with toe socks and my before and after shots too. I wore the middle size splint with toe socks most of the time, but sometimes if I wanted to wear normal socks I would wear the smallest splint, both were comfortable to wear for long periods of time. After 6 months, my toe is back into perfect alignment and I'm absolutely delighted that this splint worked so well for me! Thanks so much 😁
