Took a while but worth it
Edit: not sure why or how but before we went to toss this we wanted givr it one more try one more time,to our surprise it turned on we updated it and it works perfectly nomksgging or anything. If u could give less than 1 star I would. My son got this for his birthday an it lagged really bad to the point it was hard to use. I took to long to return but Amazon was still going to accept the return until I realized my son lost the mouse. Now the 3rd time ever we went to use it and it doesn't even power on.

Doesn't last long
It just stopped working for no reason. It told me that I need to go to the Factory Data Reset. But I wasn't allowed to do it. The tablet wouldn't let me. A waste of money.

Ok for the price
Bought two, I returned one because the charging port didn't work. I had no issues with the refund. The one I did keep works fine, except for the camera. It's very wonky and wide view.

Hola, me pueden apoyar con el acceso, porque me dice que necesito el nip de la cuenta inicial, ya trate de ingresar con mi cuenta de Google pero no me lo permite, entonces no sé, si es una falla del sistema, por lo que solicito su qpoyo para el ingreso o el cambio de la tablet, si me pudieran contestar a la brevedad, sino para realizar la devolución del producto.
