Dont forget to get a aux adapter to fit your hi hat pedals. Otherwise, it works extrmely well

As someone else stated, the hi-hat takes a 3.5mm male plug and the wire harness has a 1/4 male plug. Every male plug on the wire harness is 1/4 inch including the high hat. Knowing that, I purchased a 1/4 to 3.5mm Headphone Adapter which I use with the hi-hat cable. You can get one under 10 bucks and that included with the price of the full wire harness is a good price. I have an Alesis Nitro mesh kit and everything works as it should- again with a purchased 1/4 to 3.5 mm adapter. Time will tell if this cable set is a good replacement but I was having the cymbals and some drums(toms) cut out on sound and the new wires did the trick.

Using this with the Nitro Mesh. Reviewers here have already said you need to use an adapter for the hi-hat pedal, make sure you get a MONO one specifically. I bought a stereo 1/4 to 3.5mm adapter at first and it still didn't work for the pedal chick/open-close until I got a mono one. Save yourself a few bucks and a headache!

Total scam. Every wire was mislabeled and went to a different part of the kit. Some wires did not work at all. Take this off Amazon

This was clutch in a pinch on my Alesis Nitro Max, but beware that the hi-hat pedal uses a 3mm, not the 1/4" that this snake has. I suspect you can just buy a cheap adapter to make it work, but I didn't try that.

I’m not sure why it says that this fits the Alesis Command. It is clearly too big. It forces the brain to sit up so high that you were unable to screw it into the bolts that hold it in place making it completely unsteady.

Title is blatantly false advertising. The hi-hat control does not fit the nitro.
