I'm usually a women's size 6 and a size small for these socks were too restrictive for me. I like the Balega hidden comfort style way more. Also, the pair Amazon shipped me was clearly worn before.

My spouse has trouble with her feet and legs. Long bike rides are the worse (20+ miles). We just received these. Not much problem on the ride (22+) Not saying these are a cure all, but they did help. I actually bought her a size up, which she was skeptical of. If you are having challenges with numbness and "tingly" feelings, may be worth a try. I'll be ordering several more. Again, I am not a doctor or physical therapist, just a husband who found something that is helping my spouses feet discomforts. Thanks

They are a bit tight, and tend to stick to my feet after a long day. The silver gimmick is just that, a gimmick. These are good socks, but the benefits of silver listed in the description are not noticeable. Compared to my other active wear socks, they are very comfortable and so far just as effective at preventing blisters. Being in a humid environment, central Florida, the silver benefits would have been nice, but I find that just keeping to the thinnest double socks is usually the best option. I’m hopeful that these are able to survive the summers at the parks and other trips.
