This comment is not paid! My husband is a very hot sleeper — he sweats a lot at night — and we’ve tried a lot of the Rest products. We have the blue sheet set, the Snowy Every sheet set, and one of the comforters. When you make the bed with all of them together, it’s the perfect combination to stay cool at night! They can get a little warm at times, but the amazing thing is that if you turn or adjust your body during the night, you’ll always find cold spots. The hot spots disappear, and it stays super comfortable. 100% recommended, specially when they have their sales

Really keeps you cool! Nice and durable, not super thick, extremely soft snd helped me sleep better next to my girlfriend. Easy to wash and high quality.

For the price and because I didn’t read the whole thing I guess, I thought I was getting a set of sheets with pillowcases not just a flat sheet. I was upset but once I felt the fabric I decided to try it. I am so glad I did. So soft and cool. I slept so good I bought the fitted sheet the next day. Feels like a cool winter night every night now. Not sure I’d ever go back to regular sheets.

I hate that I’ve become a hot sleeper over the last few months and quite literally toss and turn every 20 minutes if I don’t take a sedative to help me. I have 2 cats who love to sleep on me at night which means I have 2 mini heaters which are great for cold weather but can quickly become uncomfortable in the summer. As a fun bonus, I also suffer from frequent nightmares and I’ve unfortunately become used to poor quality sleep. I have become absolutely desperate for even one night of deep sleep. I was a bit hesitant to purchase since I got a so-called cooling blanket from another brand which was only cool for the initial 30 minutes and then felt like a furnace. So I decided to try sheets instead paired with my super light blanket. Let’s blame my lack of sleep but I wasn’t really careful when I purchased this (thinking I was buying a fitted sheet which is now on the way)… but I’ve been laying under it and a thin muslin blanket for the last 30 minutes and do not feel any hotter than when I got in. In fact I almost feel cold and have goosebumps. Every time i move the sheet or myself I also get a fresh, cold sensation which is refreshing and honestly cooler than I’d expect. Be prepared for the weight of it. It’s significantly heavier than what you would expect with a cotton, microfiber, percale etc sheet. It feels smooth and slick and lays nicely on the mattress. It’s also great for people who sleep hot but still want to have a little weight on them instead of feeling too exposed with solely a light sheet. I cannot wait until my new fitted sheet arrives so I can truly put it to the test. I think $130 is a ridiculous amount for just a flat sheet, not to mention the fitted one will cost me as well.. However, if both sheets give relief night after night, it could very well be worth its weight in gold to someone who has horrible sleep like me.

The REST® Evercool®+ Flat Sheet is a great option for hot sleepers, with its breathable and cooling fabric that genuinely helps with night sweats. The material feels luxurious and soft against the skin, and the woven Ionic+ self-cleaning silver yarn is a nice touch for those with sensitive skin. However, we found that it didn’t pair well with our comforter, as both fabrics were too slippery together, causing the sheet to slide around. Ultimately, we decided to return it and stick with our regular cotton sheets, which are working better with our bedding setup. If you don’t have a slippery comforter, this could be a fantastic cooling sheet choice!

I bought this in addition to the other parts of the set, so my review focuses on its function as part of the set. First of all, you do not actually need this product if you get the comforter—at least, that’s what the company claims. This is usually not sold in the bundles because it’s about the same texture as the blanket. However, I think this adds an extra layer of hygiene to the set because, if you sweat so much that you feel like you have to change something out, it doesn’t get on the harder-to-wash blanket. Also, this helps regulate your temperature better for times when you don’t need the blanket. For instance, it’s nice during spring when it’s too hot for a comforter but too cold for the cooling blanket or summer quilt. I can still use a warmer blanket and the ventilation of the sheet will blow cooler air under it onto you. (With the assistance of a fan blowing on me.) Another nice thing about this is, even if you have night sweats with these, the material dries and cleans them quickly with a fan blowing on it. All I have to do is change clothes and when I come back, the wetness is gone and I don’t feel like I’m trying to sleep in filth.

It’s been hot every night this summer so we got the whole set—pillowcases, fitted and flat sheets and comforter. So worth it. These are so silken and soft and luxurious. Even the sheet has a bit of weight to it yet is so silky soft. They are cooling, when it first touches your skin it’s cold and of course your body heat warms it up but it’s so nice on a hot night. When the fan blows on it it gets even colder. When it’s really hot I like to flip the sheet or comforter over so I can feel the coolness again. Another cool (ha!) thing about it is when you wake up and you feel hot, move the sheet or comforter or pillow to an untouched side and it’s so nice and cold. These are amazing quality. I’m so happy I got these.

The pillows and comforter are awesome. The sheet actually makes you sweat. It is very strange! Watch out, they stain easily. Be careful if you have pets or kids. Also, they are huge, way bigger than a standard sheet.
