GOOD INFORMATION AND WRITABLE ON!
I really like this information food guide. The instructions on how to use it are very well explained, and because it's sealed in plastic, you can write on it with a erasable market to be used as a grocery list. The information is very through and easy to understand. If you follow the instructions, you will be successful in your food/ weight loss journey. Again, because it's incased in plastic makes this food list sturdy, protected and waterproof. Its all a win win for me.

Good quality
Easy to read and laminated which is good in the kitchen to prevent sticky fingers from boiling it. I'm very pleased with the amount of info contained in it.

Serving sizes don't help much
While I kept this purchase and have referenced it, I find much of the serving sizes to be laughable. Yet the subtitle is "Get Results with your Diet". Example: Herbs, Spices and Seasonings are listed but serving sizes are 3 cups! Don't think I will ever put 3 cups of cinnamon on my oatmeal! To calculate a decent serving such as a teaspoon or tablespoon for an individual serving, will require a lot of calculating on my part. I had hoped to use this to create meal plan based on my calories, being a diabetic and having to eat gluten free. Nuts and Seeds are similar. For example: chia seeds is based on 1/2 cup. While this could be useful for commercial purposes and baking, sure is difficult to determine an individual serving for a daily meal plan and contradicts their "Get results with your Diet". Could create a plan faster by just googling my items and create my own reference listing. Disappointed, but has helped a little.

I bought two of these charts one for my hubby and my brother who are both Type 2 Diabetics. We are so pleased with the variety of foods listed and the guidance around glycemic index. Using this food chart as guidance has helped both of them have better control over their diabetes. The food chart had quite a few surprises as we found foods which we thought were ok for diabetes actually spiked their blood sugars. I would say this food chart is well worth it.
