No drivers, software or technical support
The product comes with no driver or software, and even the URL written on the box is not working. I contacted Thales Technical Support and they said: "We are unable to find any records with your email-id and company name in our database. It seems that you have purchased the product from a vendor. In such a case the support can only be channelized by your vendor only.", so please advise.
