This helps our daughter calm down for bedtime an stay in her room throughout the night! It has even helped my 10 year old nephew at night when he has struggled sleeping with his adhd meds I always hated how small the bottle is but the scent is nice

I had been researching things to help my toddler sleep at a reasonable hour. And I didn't want to use any kind of melatonin (he's too young) I found roll on magnesium which seems great too but is pretty pricey, then I found this magic sleepy spray. I spray it all around his pillows and blankets and it calms him enough where he relaxes and falls asleep. 💙
