First, let me say I have ordered these cups a couple of times. In general they are great, and I chose them because we use them in my office and they always work perfectly there as well. On one instance, however, a lot of the cups in a shipment I ordered seemed to be leaking from the bottom. I contacted the seller, and they issued a full refund for the product! Manufacturing defects can occur, but you can buy from this seller knowing that they stand behind the integrity of their product.

The durability of these thicker cups makes the heat retention excellent. The weight of the paper is higher quality than expected . The capacity of the cup is perfect, just right for a nice cup of coffee. I use these in my office but also had them at several events as well. You will not be disappointed with these cups.

These cups changed my life. Okay, they're good and functional for Sunday morning coffee at our church. No leaks, no complaints.

Great buy if you just need lots of cups for a great price. We use them in the snack stand and they work fine for selling coffee or hot chocolate. They are not super thick so definitely not for when you’re looking for better insulation.

The glue around the bottom of this cup is not strong. Not sure if this was a bad batch, but more than 40% of these leak at the bottom. Sometimes we have to put a cup in a cup so that it won't leak everywhere. I have never given a 1 on a review, but disappointed with this particular brand.
