This brand has been tested for purity, safety, toxicity and cost per capsule and has passed all the rigorous testing. This brand and form of berberine works for me and is economical. I added it my subscription list.

I have high insulin resistance and can't tolerate Metformin so I turned to this to help. It isn't a one-to-one substitute, especially if you're looking to lose weight with it, but it does help slow weight gain. This version seems to help more than the regular version as well.
