Great replacement to our trailer t-stat. Easy install and worked great.
This was an easy to install perfect replacement for the cheap one my travel trailer came with. Very accurate, easy to set and worked amazing. Smaller and compact which was perfect because the wall I had to mount it on was about 4” of space. Bright display to see at night or dim lighting. Went well with the trailer and looked clean and simple.

Perfect RV replacment
Bought to replace the cheapo plastic furnace heater control in my $50k trailer! I have furrion chill cube AC, which has its own separate controls and remote, so the furnace thermostat was just the hydro-flame cheapy kind found in old tent trailers. Two wires and two AAA batteries (included) and I now have backlit temp thermostat that shows current cabin temp and turns the heater on and off. What more can I say, if you have heat only thermostat, just buy this! Took 10 minutes to install.

Perfect replacement for a camper with furnace
Wanted a quality simple thermostat to control the furnace on my Keystone Hideout camper. I read other reviews and many had used it for this purpose. I removed the original Suburban thermostat and installed this in it's place. Easy 2 wire installation and 2 screws to attach to wall. Works as it should and has an easy to read display and an on off switch.

Reliable and easy to install
We have a water boiler heating system with thermostats in each room. Unfortunately, the old thermostats looked to be from the 1970's i need it to be replaced. These were an inexpensive option, and I thought to give them a try, that was two years ago. After all this time, i've had not a single issue with any of them. They're very easy to install. They are accurate and the batteries last at least two years. The only negative thing that I can say about them is that the screws that tighten down on the thermostat wires could be better. A couple of them, we're a little difficult, two connect firmly. But other than that, as said, I have no other issues. For what these cost in my experience with them over the past 2 years, I'd easily recommend them to anyone. Looking for a budget digital thermostat that can be relied upon.

Good but not firm attachment
Works well but it doesn’t snap on to the backplate very tight. I’m a little worried if jarred it may come off… thus one star deduction. Got it for our garage heater.

Perfect
I purchased a house in July. Now that it got cold and the heater was hooked up for the cold months, I noticed that the old Honeywell (horizontal) thermostat buttons didn't work very well (you had to push them really hard and sometimes they would get stuck so the temp would go up or down by itself because you had to push the buttons so hard - this must be common with age on these things because at the apartment I lived in before I bought my house, the same thing happened with that Honeywell thermostat, they replaced it and the new one lasted the 5 years I lived there without issue and was still doing great when I moved and that one was used for the heat and a/c). Anyhow, I wanted a vertical thermostat because that is what the home originally had, I also preferred to stick with Honeywell because that's the brand I am familiar with, and I wanted this particular style because it is just a simple straightforward thermostat, no bells and whistles that I didn't need or want (this one has heat on/off and up button to increase the heat, down button to decrease the heat, the screen shows the current temp at all times without the green backlight and when you push the buttons, the green backlight comes on for about 5-10 seconds and shuts off). The horizontal one that was installed looked horrible because they didnt fill the gaps above or below the thermostat. I purchased this one and it came fairly quick (about a week, I think) and it was rediculously easy to install (maybe 10 minutes and that is including patching the two screw holes they made to put the horizontal thermostat and painting the wall around the new one). There were only two wires for mine, so if you can match the white wire to the "w" and the black wire to the "b" on the back of the thermostat (and whatever other wires you have to the corresponding letter on the back of the thermostat), you should be good to go. It came with instructions, but I didn't even read them, it's one of those straight forward common sense things really. The heating and cooling place wanted to charge me $150 and when I told him that seemed a bit steep, he said he would do it for $90 to "help me out since I'm a single lady with no help". I bought this thermostat for $25 and helped myself out by saving $65 and I'm confident that as long as I don't push the buttons like the world is ending, then I should get at least 5 years of life out of it like I did with the one at my apartment, and probably much longer since this one is for heat only.

Love It
Just right for my simple heat-only system. (California!) Simple and effective. I was hesitant to switch out my old thermostat that wasn't quite right for the system and had almost completely failed. And the new thermostat's instruction book told me that it had to be installed by a professional, or the warranty would be voided! Well, that might apply to a more complicated unit, but this one has only two wires, with low voltage, and so the swap went very easily. Didn't even have to drill new mounting holes as the new baseplate fit right onto the previous holes. So I'm quite happy with my new simple unit that is working just as it should.

Great Trailer upgrade, Happy warm Wifey!
We used this to replace the crappy stock thermostat in our trailer. It was a super easy replacement, fit in the narrow place and works perfectly. The brightness is great, readability is on point! The heater kicks on like it should at the desired temperature. I'm glad we replaced this, makes a huge difference! Happy warm wife! The picture shows the old one we switched out.

Shut power off first Very easy to install

The package includes all necessary installation items except a screwdriver. I found the wiring instructions a little unclear as my wire colors are old and differ from the installation instruction insert. Otherwise, one doesn’t need much skill to install and the device works perfectly. It’s intended to control a single heat source, no frills added.

Excellent item. Now I can actually set a temperature on the RV rather than a vague slider.

Working well but too expensive with delivery charge

Our old thermostat was a programable, it was over kill for our simple fireplace. The Honeywell Pro 1000 vertical was exactly what I wanted. Very easy to install only 2 wires. I like that it’s digital. I would recommend this thermostat for any 2 wire burner.
