Excellent Cook 1 minute less than package states then finish in sauce of choice

This pasta smelled floral and made people sick
The item turned up and smelt floral. Initially I thought it may be just the box and we used it without realising that the product had also been affected by whatever the smell was. It caused people to be sick. Whatever this is stored near has contaminated the pasta. Tried to contact the seller but this is not an option and unable to return as not an option either!
