A very good Zinc source
Zinc supplementation is a pain. It's not stored by your body so you need to take it regularly to maintain good levels. Then there's the gluconate vs picolinate debate. Just need a simple solution. Here's one. The Vit C helps with the uptake of the Zinc and that is the main point, you can only make use of what you absorb, the rest is lost. These have a good balance and seem to do the trick. It's Organic, so the Green gangters won't complain and nor will the Vegan gangsters - AND it's Made in the UK! Everyone can be happy - the World can be peaceful once more. Buy it, and move on :)
