I’ve had it for a little over 2 weeks so i’ve had the chance to use it for a bit of lower body days, and i love it! I can use it for Rdls, split squats, sumo deadlifts and ofc hip thrusts. Let me know if you guys think of any others to use this machine for! You can get creative and it feels really sturdy. I was worried about storage as I live in a small area, but when i fold it up it’s about 2-3 inches in width so i can slide it inbetween my table and wall when not in use. Overall this product was worth its money and it’s easy to set up and adjust the weights. I feel like I can use this and my bike and not worry about finding a different gym depending on where i’m living.

Fairly good workout for a hard to reach muscle group for a reasonable price. Super convenient to slide it under a bed when not using. Gets the job done.

I love this. Easy to store and pull back out and set up easy easy! My only issue is im almost too short and 5'3 it makes it a little hard to get situated on it at first but it still works for me. Definitely gives a food workout!

My wife wanted one, I said no. So we compromised and got one. She said she has a pancake booty. Everyone likes pancakes except fitness influencers, hence why we now have one. It’s solid and does its job. Good for a quick workout. At least it folds up nice so it can sit on the side of the garage like the other stuff.

Love!!! Just what I was looking for! Easy to set up and use!

I was really excited to try the BootySprout, and the first use went well—it felt sturdy and worked as expected. But after folding it up for storage just once, the foot board came off, and I noticed two screws were missing. It’s frustrating and disappointing to spend money on something that falls apart so quickly. I expected better quality and durability, especially for a product meant to handle resistance and body weight. Definitely not what I hoped for.

I am male but I have tried to do hip thrusts with the barbell and always found that I feel it in my hamstrings and never in my glutes no matter what I tried - I bought this because it would be much easier at least but after trying it a few times it's so much more comfortable and easier but more to the point I can feel the work out massively in my glutes! If you need something to work your glutes whether you're male or female this is absolutely brilliant. Also folds away fairly small.

Love, love, love ! Makes hip thrusts much easier to do (especially without a barbell) and also works great for doing Bulgarian lunges.

5 stars isn’t near enough! Amazon neglected to calculate the correct shipping fees for such a large heavy item being shipped to Northern Ireland , and the company corrected this, at no extra cost or input from myself! Not to mention the great product! Rare to find such amazing customer service these days, from a companies own initiative , correcting the issue before I was even aware of one! Amazing service!
