I love EVERYTHING from the Kristin Ess line! The One Signature conditioner smells amazing, and moisturizes my hair so completely. A little goes a long way, and I let it sit on my hair while I shower, usually at least 20 minutes. It has transformed my dry, brittle hair into silky smooth treasses. I use the signature shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, serum, blow dry mist, leave-in conditioner, air dry cream, hair perfume and even volumizing mousse (not always on the same day). At first, I was skeptical to try the shampoo or conditioner. I finally bit the bullet and WOW! Am I glad I did! I have been using this line of products for almost two years now and I WILL NOT go without it! I even bought this conditioner for half-off during prime day. If you're on the fence, give it a go. You will be glad you did!

I've been using this conditioner for a few months now and I loved it from the first use, the scent is what got me right away - it smells delicious!!! It leaves my hair feeling silky and light, with a pretty shine. I would recommend.

My daughter loves this shampoo and conditioner, which is great for her THICK hair. It actually lasts quite awhile (they do only wash their hair probably 3-4 times a week. Smells great.

I have thick, curly hair and have used a crème rinse as compared to conditioner for years. Recently, due to age, coloring, etc I haven’t had that ‘easily combed through’ after washing. Saw the reviews for this and thought ‘the worst it could do was either not work (& I would return it) or actually work’. Let me tell you, it’s amazing!!! It’s the perfect combination of a lightweight conditioner that rinses clean, doesn’t ruin my color treated hair and smells incredible. No residue, no greasy looking hair, I’m not combing out knots and my curls are all bouncy. I love it so much I told my hairdresser about it and she’s gonna try it! All that goodness for a fraction of what I was paying before. Buy it! Try it! You won’t be returning it!

The Kristen Ess 'The One' Signature Conditioner is an inexpensive, lightweight conditioner that seems like it would be great for a wide variety of hair types — especially those that tend to gnarl, tangle, and frizz easily — but also one that is not for everyone. I really enjoy the texture it left on my hair and its scent is light and pleasant; it detangled, smoothed, and moisturized as described, but people with very fine hair and sensitive scalps may not wish to go with this particular Kristen Ess conditioner. I've had some issues with knotting and slight skin irritation on places where it rests for any period of time, and while it *is* lightweight, it is also perhaps a little too heavy for those with very fine hair. A great conditioner for most, I expect, but avoid if you have either of the problems described above!

I needed a salt free shampoo and conditioner that were affordable. I found this and it has worked well for me. I have been using these for the last couple of years.
