Monument 27mm x 32mm tap backnut Box Spanner Pack of 1

Wouldn’t have been able to remove the backnuts on my bath any other way, really tight space and really, really tight almost seized nuts. I could get in with a very thin, wide spanner that I’d bought for the purpose but couldn’t get enough torque on them. The tool is very heavy and looks well made, didn’t distort despite the difficultly in removing the nuts. Highly recommended. Credit to Amazon for getting it to me in 12 hours too.

Good fit, large enough to tighten nuts to a good torque by hand

After yrs of problems trying to get those damned taps to tighten up, and trying to find the right tool in Wickes and various other DIY stores, this came along and solved my problem in 5 mins. Was a bit disappointed it didn't come with a tommy bar, but didn't need it in the end as hand tightening was more than enough. I used it on Mono taps (i.e two separate taps, not mixers). Normally found in older small bathrooms.

Good quality product, if you need a box nut spanner, highly recommended, best thing since sliced bread, no more messing about with other tools to fit new taps, best tool in my plumbing kit, and easy to use. if you are only fitting taps once it's worth the money anyway, and delivered quickly.

Only problem with this it is the correct size across flats for the plastic back nuts but not for the brass ones. So if you have decided on the better quality brass nuts this probably wont work.

Good solid tool but you need a metal rod to use it. I would have thought it should include one? Other than that, an industrial strength spanner that will give a good firm grip on your nuts (ooeer missus) without risk of chewing them up. Only limitation is whether you have room to wield this under the sink - it's about 8" long. If not, there are other designs of tool to consider.

Hochwertiger Steckschlüssel. Meiner ist sogart noch mit Schutzlach veredelt. Leider fehlt ein passender Hebel zum festziehen bzw. lösen, sollte aber kein größeres Problem darstellen....

Bcp plus grand que je ne l'avais pense !! Je m'attendais à avoir un petit tube mais finalement, exactement ce que j'avais besoin.
