Life saver
Life saver on long haul! I've always struggled with airline headphones, and this does the trick. It's allowed me to connect my noise cancelling earphones with ease, block out thise babies and enjoy my film with no dangling cables! On top of this, my car has no bluetooth but has an aux cable which means i used to have to choose between music or charge, but not anymore!!

Great battery life, easy to pair to two sets of headphones. Charge time is good and good range for the Bluetooth.Didn't pair with phonak hearing aids which is a shame but not main reason for buying and not a problem for me.Fingers crossed the build quality will stand the test if time but would buy again if any issues.Bit of a lag on tv but nothing too bad, used mainly for sport so doesn't need to be perfectly synced.

Careful with “seat side” plugin
In a seat side connector using the main jack (not the adapter), be careful when sitting back down as you may snap the jack like I did. I’d recommend getting a little extender / right angle jack plug, to use with this just in case.Apart from that perfect bit of kit.

I have only tried this on Emirates, it works, no lag on music or video.

Massive distortion on loud noise, huge latency
It's apparent that people leaving five star reviews here have a pretty low bar when it comes to quality - latency on this thing is huge, 400ms, and distorts MASSIVELY when there is any loud noise (even when you turn the volume down on the unit - RIGHT down, til it's barely audible) - sent back

Good. But limitations esp on adapter supplied
I have flown on BA and United. Both times the supplied two pin adapter has not matched the adapter the airline used. I have tried inserting directly into the hole without an adapter. But i dont find this works reliablyImho a broader range of teo pin adapters are neededIts a good product. But it can be a tad fiddly to set up. The online instructions accessed via a QR code are very helpful. But remember to do this early. You may struggle with internet access once onboard
