In comparison THEY'RE A HUGE HIT!
Can't believe how quickly this red krill makes my nails grow. This brand do have slight fishy taint compared to the brand in card box. However, it's hardly discernible and they've shown more rapid results. I cannot take statins I need for high cholesterol due to awful side effects... the pharmacist told me to try fish oils & so far... I'm delighted. Jar is plastic but it was well sealed & bounced on impact with the floor :-). I am embarrassed to say I counted the contents.. they were all present & correct! Swallowing is easy even for my tiny gullit.

Advantages over standard fish oil
I've taken fish oil for years, trusting that it may play a role in keeping my ageing heart, brain and eyes ticking over as intended. Recently I've read of additional benefits from krill oil - some research has suggested that the EPA and DHA Omega 3s may be more readily absorbed than standard fish oil, and it contains small quantities of astaxanthin. It's generally more expensive, of course, although I did get this product at a special offer price, and I'm also concerned about the recent major decline in Antarctic krill stocks which are the predominant foodstuff of numerous marine creatures. This product from Nu U appears to be a quality item at a good price, but at this moment it's difficult to express a view with any certainty on whether for me it confers additional health benefits.

Taking to help keep joints supple
Early days taking this, but so far I am happy with product. I’ve switched to this from my usual omega 3. Capsules are large but easy to swallow (no more difficult than Omega 3 capsules for instance) and the coating does help too. No fishy smell or aftertaste. I liked the minimal ingredients of this product. So far I’m really happy with this product

Flavoured
Capsules are flavoured with vanilla or something similar. I wish it was mentioned in description so customers can decide if they want it or not. I certainly wouldn't buy it.
