Great Hands-Free Pump for Busy Moms
The pump is comfortable, light, and easy to wear, so I can move around while pumping. It’s quiet and has no wires, which makes it very convenient and easy to hide under clothes. This pump has been a big help, especially with a toddler to look after. The pros are that it’s hands-free, includes different size shields for comfort, and is dishwasher-safe. It uses collection cups, so I don’t have to buy special bags. I can even store parts in the fridge to avoid washing them every time. The downsides are that it’s a bit pricey, the suction weakens when the battery is low, and it can leak if I lean forward. Also, the app doesn’t alert me when the timer is up, so I sometimes pump longer than needed. Overall, it’s a good choice for pumping on the go and gives me more freedom.

Not worth the price
I would give this product zero stars if I could. I have never regretted a purchase more than this one. Like many others, I found this pump simply was not worth the price tag and ended up using my spectra pump. If you have money to burn on a product that may work for you, but probably won't; or are an influencer that just wants to take pictures without actually pumping any milk - this is probably a great product for you. 1. I was very excited about a wearable pump. I spent a lot of money on a lactation consultant, spent so much time building up my supply & wanted to continue pumping discreetly at work or on WFH video calls & go out in public without worrying about being home to pump. I can pump 4-6 oz per side with my spectra, but barely would get .5 oz with the Elvie. The suction is terrible. I tried all the different tricks and hacks to position - scoured all the Elvie help pages, FB forums and blogs but still never managed to ever pump more than 1oz total. I also never felt like I could move around either - so I was just as stuck as I was with the spectra, except being tethered to the spectra was actually worth my time. 2. The charge doesn't hold/work. I would make sure the cord was properly plugged in, etc but the pump would not charge or wouldn't charge fully. 3. Sadly, it doesn't seem like the technology is there yet. For such a hefty hefty price tag, I expected a useable product. It added way more stress to my life, yielded far less milk & was just so frustrating to use. Do not buy it. Or least do not pay full retail. You can find so many Elvies for sale on FB, usually barely used.

Significant improvement! Love them!!
I had another brand of hands-free pumps with my first, and the only reason why I chose that over the Elvie was because my friend told me there are less parts to clean with the other one. While that was true, it was heavy and very uncomfortable to wear under my bra. I was so afraid that the pump wouldn't stay in place that I only used it when I didn't have to move. I just tried the Elvie and it is significantly lighter, a night and day difference. I feel like I could actually wear these while moving around, which is the whole point of buying these! The suction is gentle and pretty quiet. I like that there are no wires hanging around and that I can really wear these discreetly. Now that I have a toddler to chase after while pumping, it's so important that I am not tied to a breast pump every few hours. While the Elvie won't be replacing my main pump, it's definitely opened doors for me to not use pumping as an excuse to go out and let my child have some fun.

Perfect Gift for New Moms
I bought the Elvie Breast Pump for my wife, and I’m really pleased with the choice! As a new mom, she needed something that was both convenient and comfortable, and this pump has really fit the bill. First, the design is sleek and discreet, allowing her to wear it under her clothes without any fuss. It’s incredibly portable, so she can pump while moving around the house or even while out and about. The app integration is a fantastic touch; it helps her keep track of her pumping sessions and milk output easily. One of the standout features is how quiet it is. It’s perfect for those times when she wants to pump without drawing attention to herself. The three sets of breast shields included have been a great addition, helping her find the right fit for maximum comfort. The only downside is that she mentioned the suction could be a bit stronger at times, but overall, it still does the job well. If you’re looking for a practical gift for a new mom, I highly recommend the Elvie Breast Pump! It’s made her pumping experience much easier and more enjoyable.

Not worth $500
Only lasts one charge. Suction is mid. Over heats. Connection to app works half of the time. Over priced for what it doesn’t do. But it is quite

Not worth the money
It is a quiet pump and comfortable to wear because the nipples shields are great and the suction is not aggressive. But the app is not so good and you need it to know what setting you’re on. It always says my bottle is full when it isn’t and stops the pump unnecessarily. It’s frustrating when you’re in a rush and have to pump for 30 minutes while baby is sleeping you don’t want to keep turning it on or checking the bottle which is located at the bottom of the pump so just a time consuming and uncomfortable process. It also disconnects from the app sometimes and then I’m left not being able to figure out how long I even pumped for. So although there are some benefits to this pump the negatives leave me perplexed for the price I paid.

I don’t know how people can actually be satisfied with this pump. It’s slow. It’s uncomfortable. The suction is meh. I’ve tried to like this pump but I simply can’t bring myself to do so. Save yourself the money and find something else.
