This is the best mattress protector I have ever bought and I've went through at least 5 over the years with having kids and animals. All the others were thinner and ruff and didn't hold up and one of them was suppose to be high quality and came from the best store with our bamboo mattress when we bought it. This one is way better love that it's organic so your not getting all the nasty chemicals. It doesn't have a weird smell either. True to size and not to tight that you struggle to put it on and doesn't wiggle off. I can't believe how soft it is! I'm quite impressed with the quality and softness. It washed very well and didn't hold too much water when you pull it out of the wash like all the others I've had in the past. It dried nicely too and still so soft after and I don't use softer. When it's on your bed you can't even tell, there is no noise at all. Our last one sounded like plastic when you would move and I made us sweat at night. After switching to this no more sweating! Yay! I know it's a little pricey but totally worth it. I loved it so much I bought two more for my kids beds. This is a good investment for prolonging the life of your mattress and a must if you have kids or animals from protecting from accidents and stains on your mattress.

Very nice, washes well in cold water and dries on high heat for cottons as well. Perfect fit. I bought the King size. I got this one because the zipper one is a hassle and this one is easy to put on and take off. Spills, urine or anything wet is prevented from seeping into the mattress. Love it

This mattress cover does all the things it's supposed to do, but makes no extra noise. Granted I also don't eat or drink anything in bed so I never spill anything. The fit is perfect for a king sized bed and it doesn't move or migrate. It is a little bit warmer than without the mattress protector, but very minimal and I only noticed it the first few days. Other than that, a great price for something that has organic cotton in it. Yea, it has some plastic in it, but waterproof isn't really possible without it. I washed it before using it and it took a little while to dry on low, but it's what the directions say. So just be patient and then just to make sure it was fun y dry, I hung it up to dry overnight to be sure. Overall, a well-made, quiet product.

I hate to do this but I write this as a warning to others so they know what theyre getting. Don't miss where in the description it says "100% organic cotton TOP"; the lining is polyurethane laminate to make it waterproof, the skirt is polyester according to the tag. Although i havent tested the waterproofing. Id purchased a california king size of this product for my king size mattress; after washing it on a cold water temp and a low heat dry delicate setting the "top" of the cover does not cover the matress. The skirt will barely fit to cover the rest of the matress. Therefore a California king size does not fit my king size mattress after a one time washing. The edges of the top of my matress are only covered by the polyester skirt. Also, in my opinion, the top isn't comfortable, it's "crispy" and harder than my matress itself. All in all, a larger size is too small, this is not 100% non toxic, and not even comfortable to me. Had it at least fit with buying a california king, id had given it a higher review and just said to get a size up

I got this because I really didn’t want to get a whole organic mattress because I just don’t have money for that. I felt like this would be a good in between and honestly I have no complaints. I think it works really well and I like to know that it’s organic materials it makes me feel very good about sleeping on it every single night and yeah I would suggest it definitely purchase it if you want to have an organic bed but you aren’t about to spend thousands of dollars on an organic mattress cause what the heck I think it’s a scam

Update. Since writing the first review the seller reached out apologetically and offered to send new and improved mattress covers. I accepted the offer and was impressed with the service! We have only had to wash the new covers once each so how long they last remains to be seen but the quality feels better. Thank you Mattshield for having great customer service in a world where service has been lacking! Not waterproof. We bought two and use them both to protect the mattress. It still gets wet.

I needed a new mattress cover to replace one purchased years ago with my mattress. The old one, made from synthetic materials, had grown a large dissolving hole over time and I knew it was time to look for an organic cotton replacement. This protector is great! I loved that there was no smell when I took it out of the package. It felt soft and luxurious and it's nicely cushioned which gives some additional comfort with the sheets over top. What more can you say about a mattress protector...fits the mattress comfortably, and it does what it's intended to do without the smelly chemicals or irritating, non-breathing synthetic materials. Finally no more night sweating. I would highly recommend this!

Le quedó bien a mi colchón a pesar de ser un colchón alto, no se nota que está, no hace ruido. Aún no pruebo la impermeabilidad, pero hasta ahora todo bien.
