This charger works perfectly for my Surface Pro! I needed to buy a new charger as the original one started having problems connecting and wasn’t working properly. Then it completely crapped out and stopped working altogether! I started looking online and found this one. I was a little hesitant to purchase this, just because it’s not the name brand, but that doesn’t matter. This charger is high-quality for a very low price and I’m extremely pleased with the purchase! I have no complaints. It works just as good as the charger that came with my Surface Pro, but for more than half off the name brand charger. You won’t regret buying this and saving money in the process!!

I bought it eleven months ago and used it 4 months at most. Today it failed and I have to buy another one. The seller refunded me. So I am changing my review, he did not ask me to do so, I am just satisfied with this transaction. 0

Super flimsy. I’ve had it for just 5 months. It started breaking a month ago and stopped working today. Booooo.

Works great, my original charger that came with my surface pro stopped working. And after testing for some ohms found out it was something in the brick of the charger. This one works just as the original one did. Very pleased so far. Will come back an edit review if anything changes!

My OE cord gave out on me for the surface pro 7. Product arrived after the date of anticipated but usps said it was delivered on the date. No fault to the seller. The handoff to usps adds another element of unreliable delivery. So note to anyone, if your usps practices leaving packages on the truck but listed as delivered. Give it a day, if it didn’t arrive to arrive and escalate if it’s greater than that day. I saw comments that the cord from the adapter is short from the outlet to power supply. It is! But the plug is compatible with the OE cord is compatible with the power supply base. So you can keep the same cord to not shorten. So far so good, I attached everything and my surface is charging!! From 55% to near 60% within a few minutes! Back to surfing the web and buying more Amazon goodies! 🙌🏾

We've had this item less than 3 months, and the charging block is making a high-pitched buzzing, emitting a concerning smell, and stopped charging our Surface. Not worth the saved money if I have to replace every 3 months.
