Seems like it’s not as pigmented as it use to be, otherwise it feels good and came in at a decent time.

I love this toner. It gives me such a nice glow of tan. I blend it down my neck for a natural look. I’ve been using this toner for about 20 years and will continue to use it as long as they make it. If you have a yellow undertone in your skin, this color will be perfect for you.
