I don't often make reviews but I have to for this excellent product and the customer service I received from Middle Rabbit. The Middle Rabbit SW4 Earbuds offer great wireless connection to your gaming set up, saving you from the tangled stress of wired headsets and heaviness of a bulky on ear headset. I originally looked for an in ear gaming headset due to the neck and head aches I suffer when wearing the traditional offered on-ear gaming headsets. I absolutely love these earbuds, and often use them while gaming and in parties with friends. I have often recommended them to friends due the products great sound quality, value for money and the great customer service I received. I genuinely recommend these to anyone who is hesitating purchasing, if not for just the great product alone but for the quality service you'll receive from the staff, as they work to help any issues you may have. I contacted Middle Rabbit when I had issues with one of the earbuds, they went above and beyond to help and were so kind. If you're looking for a quality, cost affective solution to those heavy on ear headsets, I really recommend Middle Rabbit SW4 earbuds and hope they get the appreciation they deserve.

for regular everyday use they work well enough. the sound quality is good. unfortunately, for streaming (many sounds from different sources as well as multiple items in the way such as mic, keyboard, mouse, streamdeck etc.) this is not usable. the static gets really bad and messes with your ears. unfit for streaming. only use when you have NO interference between the receiver and the headphones. EDIT: The follow up model SW-5 is fantastic to elevate the quality of sound and connection even further. Even while streaming with loads of tech (mic, cam, Bluetooth K&M, controller) there was clear sound and not a sliver of static. It connects SUPER easy to any tech, be it phone, PC, PS and are very easy to use without using any driver or pesky installation of software, which will just clog up your SSD. Furthermore, the case has enough room to fit the dongle, which makes it very handy on the-go! Definitely recommend this great quality item - coming for a more than appropriate price!

Quality for price is fantastic. Dedicated USB dongle for PC but has full bluetooth so you don't really need it if your PC supports BT. Tested and works fine on Mac, iPhone and Andoid tablet. I can get around 7 hours play per charge. Full charge takes a couple of hours. Great set of earphones.

Despite claims in the description this would not connect to my ps5 as an audio device. Returned.

Great product

Really good earbuds my son uses them with his phone. He thought he would be able to connect them to his Xbox one but would not connect even with adapters however very happy with them for his mobile.

They looked fine, comfortable enough to where, audio was fine. Latency with dongle was low (the reason I bought them). I don't know if the ones I got were faulty, but they would consistently develop connection/sound issues after being used for a few minutes. Bought some VR P10s now, no issues, sound better.

I like it as it is very lightweight to handle and to store as well as very easy to use and to install. As far as a product that first time to use I didn’t find anything that I wouldn’t like.

Great battery life Great customer support Great quality Lil to no latency delays rare occasional statics but not always, probably something causing it like interference from some other device or something. low battery constantly repeating is a little annoying but thats fixed with the new SW5s, not being able to check battery life without disconnecting is also a little annoying but thats also fixed on the new SW5s.

I have loved my SW4 earbuds. It is likely that many people who have purchased these earbuds are gamers. However, I chose the SW4 earbuds for their high quality sound attributes and other noteworthy characteristics delineated in their Reviews. As a businessman that travels a great deal to various work locations for a company that uses a cloud-based collaboration platform for communication, I was often at a disadvantage at times given that there were never mics and regularly there were no dedicated phones at the workstations I frequented. The SW4 earbuds now go everywhere with me and have become an indispensable tool that has helped me be more efficient at my job. The sound quality, ease of use, convenient charging station, USB C/A charging options have all been top drawer. I am a fan!

The product works flawlessly and only one connection at a time either dongle wifi or bluetooth. But this is known fact because one wont listen both audios at a time. Btw any office laptop will work with this 2.4ghz dongle wifi and yes it works for more distance too

Le produit fonctionne très bien avec une PS4. Il est facile à utiliser et la prise en charge est bien expliquée dans le manuel. Dans une première paire, j'ai eu un souci pour ce qui concerne la connexion des écouteurs à leur boîtier de recharge. Il fallait souvent enlever et remettre les écouteurs plusieurs fois dans leur boîte pour que ceux-ci commencent à recharger. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle à ce sujet et on m'a fait parvenir une nouvelle paire d'écouteurs. Ces derniers fonctionnent parfaitement. Vous pouvez acheter ce produit en toute confiance. Le service après-vente a été fantastique dans mon cas.
