They sent me half the system twice! No email no answer. I have the system already and it’s fantastic but the second one I bought they sent me wrong twice and it still isn’t corrected. Horrible horrible vendor

Broken Screws
This set comes with no instructions, so I used YouTube to help guide my installation. However, two screws broke in half in the studs and I was unable to complete installation. Paid a lot of money for this simple organization, for it to break. Twice.
