I learned that Amino Acids are essential to allow protein to work. I started taking this after seeing no results from my workouts and increasing protein. I am 63 years old. I am now starting to see some muscle growth and bulking, which I lost from multiple surgeries causing down time. The taste is great in the peach mango and I love that there are minimal calories because I prefer to eat my calories, not drink them.

Love that it's clean plus the added bcaas and electrolytes. But the peach mango is almost too tart for me. I like to drink my pre-workout in just a few ounces of water real quick before I exercise, sooo it's tough to get down. Hoping to try another flavor.

Great Taste! No itchy side effects like other pre-workouts

I take this product before working out and feel it does work. However, it tastes chalky and terrible. I’ve tried lots of kinds and this is one of the hardest ones to get down.

This tastes awful. It gives a boost.. but the advertising is WRONG!! This isn’t caffeine free!! It’s got 150mg of caffeine per serving!!!! That’s why I was energized!!!

I’m going to stick with this product. It’s not what I’d call tasty, but I don’t consider it a beverage. It does everything you want it to as a preworkout without artificial sweeteners at a reasonable price

I was on the keto diet for 3.5 years, so I'm used to the taste of keto safe sweeteners. Every pre-mixed drink I've ever had, its just too much. This is so sweet to me and not in a good way. After drinking this, I feel so sick and have a headache. I don't drink caffeine at all, so I just think its too much for me. Feel gross not energized.
