I bought this for myself (I'm 69) and very much enjoyed making it. The instructions are very well written but also keep the building process reasonably challenging; a couple of times I had to rework but generally it was fairly straightforward. I did find that a couple of pieces were missing so contacted Lego directly, through their website, and they sent them to me foc. This is a well designed model which closely resembles the real thing. Recommended.

Great set. Fun to build

I got this as an advent calendar gift for my husband and he totally loved it. He thanked me so many times and said it was even better than his Christmas presents. He loves space and he loved building it. Definitely not just for children.

My 10yr old grandson was absolutely delighted with this - he couldn’t wait to start building it!

As always, Lego is awesome. No complaints

Ok, this was a treat from me to me to ensure that Ingenuity helicopter endured :) Added bonus, the Ingenuity helicopter came with a free Perseverance rover to build... Joking. I had great fun building this kit. As ever with lego, the parts, the documentation, the quality overall was impeccable. I rationed the build so I completed it in one month savouring it, but if you were so inclined you could do it in a few hours. There's lots of technical aspects in this build: articulated suspension, steering wheels, articulated sampling arm. I had great fun building multiple long universal joint shafts thinking what are these for.. spoiler alert they are for the steering :) Space stuff - tick Lego - tick Fun - tick Amazing kit. Recommended.

Best set very good

I thoroughly enjoyed making this Lego model, and it looks really good. It came out better than expected, and it’s now on a display block.

Sencillamente espectacular. Montado por niño de unos 11 años, le llevó unos días y alguna ayuda puntual, pero el manual es muy claro y completo. El resultado es el que se espera: un Perseverance de lego. La única pega que le pondría es que parece difícil de desmontar, por lo que la rejugabilidad se queda algo limitada.

Un superbe set que je recommande chaudement (attention Lego semble enclain à oublier des pièces, il me manquait un joint homocinétique, j'en avais d'avance sinon le montage n'aurait pas pû se terminer). Arrivé en moins de 48h (rapide pour un trajet Mars-Terre). Au final le set est superbe mais je il faut quand même une certaine habitude des Lego Technic car certains moments du montage nécessitent précision et minutie (certains enfants pourraient le trouver difficile à assembler) je serait d'avis de le classer pour un age plus élevé (12/14 ans serait plus adapté) mais des enfants habitués n'auront que très peut de problèmes (il faut juste bien faire attention pour éviter les erreurs) C'est la deuxième fois qu'il me manque des pièces dans des sets neufs ce qui est éttonnant mais cela ne viens pas du vendeur mais directement de Lego. Le prix est franchement raisonnable (les sets valent environ 0.1€ par pièce mais celui-la est à 0.07€ ce qui est suffisemment rare pour ètre précisé) Le resultat est superbe et assez volumineux, le mien à trouvé un artéfact en arrivant sur son étagère, artéfact qu'il s'est empréssé d'analyser mais cet artéfact vous donne une idée de la taille du rover (il est pratiquement à la même échelle que les sets 42096 ou 42125 voir photos) Sous license NASA donc très détaillé Je recommande, d'autant qu'on est en novembre donc un cadeau superbe pour un enfant passionné d'astronomie et de Legos et si vous ètes adulte et le voulez pour vous, n'hésitez pas
