A Horrible Product
we were promised noise cancellation on the microphone and the earphones. both are horrible. microphone noise cancellation isnt close to the the old Voyager Edge or any of the Poly products earphone noise cancellation are 10% of that a Bose comparable product would offer

Disappointed
Died within 6 months. ANC was average, compared inactivity with Teams was good but very average sound quality. An awful lot of money per month of usage!

Si activo el ANC (cancelación de ruido), audífono izquierdo tiene un sonido crepitante, que además de ser molesto, llega a lastimar el oído. El audífono derecho no presenta ese problema, sin embargo, he solicitado la devolución del producto, puesto que no funciona adecuadamente. Señalar que uso la aplicación de poly, tanto en una laptop como en un celular, todo está actualizado a la última versión disponible, pero el problema es el mismo.

Why would you get a earpiece that consistently produce crackling sound non stop?

I was so excited about this! expedited it, to get it on time for our exhibition! left earbud is dead after just 2 days of use... keep blaming me for didn't think at all, getting my previous earbuds as a back up... Let's see what happens now...
