Decapitated
Ignoring the title for a second, the quality of these earbuds was HORRIBLE. I used them for a very brief amount of time, but for the time I used them, there was an inescapable buzzing sound in the background at all times. They sounded like crap, too, but the buzzing sound was more apparent. What's MOST apparent is when I was vacuuming in my room. I will say, maybe it's not the brightest idea to vacuum with earbuds on the floor, but for the record, the earbuds were pretty out of the way, and I had a second pair right there. So I was vacuuming, and all was going well, and SWIIIP. In a flash, the wire connecting the center portion was GONE. The earbuds that were a couple inches away got sucked up in the vacuum. I tried looking for it, and... it vanished. So now all I have is the top section of earbuds, and a USB connector. I didn't know it was possible, but my earbuds were decapitated. Adding an update. The seller saw my review and went out of their way to reach out to me and offer a full refund. That was definitely above and beyond in customer service.

Stopped working after 2 months
Ok sounds quality but one ear plug stopped working after 2 months.

Failed after 3 months of use
Updating review. Worked well while they worked. Only lasted 3 months and then they quit. The company was very responsive about the failure and stood behind their product and made it right.
