I use these to "fizz" fish caught in deep water. They are perfect for a few uses before the surgical edge goes away. Much more economical than buying the tool with plunger as the needle always quickly loses that perfect edge. These have never become clogged for me and if one did Id just open another. No frustration. I once watched a co angler angrily throw his 20$ fizzing tool into the lake because he had only used it a few times and it was basically as sharp as a wooden toothpick. As far as the pain level goes, I haven't had a chance to ask any of the fish. Fizzing them saves their lives when that swim bladder is stuck full, so I'm sure that's enough. Great value for money.

These are the perfect size that Ive been needing, They are just as sharp as your usual needles you get from the pharmacy and I really think they are worth the money that I spent on them!

Must self-administer weekly IMJ's and cant reach glutes - so the 5/8" is perfect for the deltoids. Takes the worry out of going too deep if not dead center of "sweet spot." Gauge is good enough. Quick turn-around.

Work good enough for injection of oils subcutaneously. Not the sharpest around but certainly not dull like some cheap needles.

Perfect for what I needed. These 18G needles came in a professional medical package. Not only did the box have color coded sizing descriptions but also was sturdy enough to constantly open and close without breakage. I love that they are sterile and easy to open. The cost was very affordable and they work perfectly with the lure lock syringes I bought with them. Will be buying more of these.
